hello, i am 21 years old,my name is mohit(india). I am suffering from excessive weight loss from almost 3 years, my weight is 44kg and height is 5'5". hello mohit...depression or mental health is also affect on ur physical health..first treat ur mental problem itself..also take high fibre n protein rich diet..with regular exercise..thanku
