Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Your recent clinical symptomatology is highly suspicious of a potential cardiac arrhythmia. Irregular fast heart beating and near fainting support such a conclusion.

Coming to this point, it is necessary discussing with your cardiologist on the possibility of performing a careful physical exam and additional medical tests as follows:
- Resting ECG
- Complete Blood Count
- Thyroid hormones level
- Blood electrolytes level
- Fasting blood glucose
- Cardiac ultrasound, liver and renal function tests

In case an intermittent cardiac arrhythmia is suspected, an ambulatory ECG (Holter) monitoring is advisable.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka
