Suggest Treatment For Random Spasms Like Pain In Pectoral Area

45 year old male with random quick spasm-like pain on the left pectoral area by the axillary region. Infind myself with muscles locked for some reason, but i do not have any other symptoms like shortness of breath and havent done any exercise that would cause injury. Should i be evaluated for possible heart problems?

yes better get TMT test done to rule out any problem with your heart. this is the age to get a thorough general check up to be done.
