Suggest Treatment For Raised BP & Sjogrens Syndrome
I am a 61 year old woman,I suffer from raised blood pressure and have sjogrens syndrome I am also overweight. Just lately my feet and ankles have started to swell during the day, the swelling goes down during the night but not completely. My left foot can be quite painfully on the top. Have you any ideas please.

What drugs your taking for hypertension?? Since how many your suffering from sjogrens syndrome??
Possible causes :
1.dependent edema
2.hypertensive drugs like ccb.
3.sjogrens cause pulmonary hypertension lead to corpulmonale.
4.hypertensive heart failure
5.anemia
Left foot pain due to oa of left ankle??
