Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
If you are on treatment for typhoid, your symptoms will settle in 3-4 days.
Build your immunity by eating lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. Consume high protein diet to get over your illness.
Avoid hot and spicy food. Avoid junk food. Avoid large meals, instead take frequent small meals. Go for walk after meals. Keep 2-3 pillows under head in the bed to prevent reflux.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
Hope I have solved your query.
Wish you good health. Thanks.
