Suggest Treatment For Puss Cells In Urine

hi sir for the past two years that is after my marriage i had burning sensation while passing(not daily) urine doctor said i had plenty of pus cell in urine i take tablets like urikind and niftron but still i had the problem ....why pus cell formed...and what is the permanent solution for my problem..
