Hello,

Pus cells in the stool may be due to infection or food intolerance or colitis etc. So you may get a stool for culture and sensitivity. Avoid spicy food and alcohol avoid smoking and caffeine drinks.

Eat green leafy vegetables and fruits. Use tablet ofloxacin and ornidazole twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
