Suggest Treatment For Purid Smelling And Leaking Urine?

i can't seem to get a straight answer from my doctors as to why my urine is very, very strong, putrid smelling. The smell permeates the whole area when I urinate. I am incontinent, wear a pad 24/7 and the leakage is so strong that I live in fear that those around me can smell the urine. Is there something serious going on inside me? Why did this just start about 3 months ago, and what can be done about it?

Please mention your age in your future questions as causes vary according to age. Generally the causes are poor intake of fluids by mouth, bladder not emptying completely, persistent urinary tract infection, urethral stricture or prostate problems, stones in bladder or kidneys and the list goes on. Have you seen a urologist for incontinence- if not please consult a urologist.
