Suggest Treatment For Psoriasis And Contact Dermatitis

I had a punch biopsy on my scalp today. The dermatologist said there could be a few different results. 1. psoriasis. 2 contact dermatitis. 3. a possible sign of lymphoma! So my scalp has little bumps like acne, and my scalp is scaley and itchy. This has been goin on for a year. I had a cellulitis that was caused by this 2 months ago and I had several swollen lymph nodes at that time. While on the antibiotic my head got better, but it is back again.

Dermatologist 's  Response
In proriasis the lesions are larger pink plaques with more scaling and less of itching while in contact dermatitis there are smaller bumps which are extremely itchy and there is history of application of something on the scalp. As you have already undergone skin biopsy i would ask you to wait for the result so that treatment can be started accordingly.
