Suggest Treatment For Proper Digestive System

Hello, I am 38 year old female, for the last 2.5 years I have been having problems with my digestive system. About 3 years ago (in 2009) I had my tubes tied and TVT tape put in, 2 months after that I had a tummy tuck after which I wore girdle for about 2.5 months. As soon as I took the girdle off, I started having excess gas (which I never had in my life before), I gained 10 pounds in 2 months, I went from 105 lbs to 115 lbs, which is a lot for me because I was never able to gain any weight even when I tried. Around the same time I discovered nodule in my throat and had ultrasound done which came back as normal and later ultrasound showed that nodule did not change in size. Along with excess gas, my stomach started to cramp a alot, almost every day, and I would have fluttering in my abdomen, a lot of gurgling noises all day long in my stomach, intestines and rectum. I had colonoscopy done and it came back normal. I had laparascopy of the abdomen and that came back normal, except for minimal amount of endometriosis, doctor clipped it, but the symptoms didn t change which makes me believe that little bit of endometriosis was not causing me all these symptoms. I was having a lot of sharp pain where TVT tape was and a pelvic specialist took it out in 2011 and at the same time he diagnosed me with IC, removal of TVT tape took care of sharp pain I was having, but gas and cramping, also bad breath are still bothering me. I desparately need diagnosis so that I can get on with my life. I am not sociable anymore, intercourse is painful, so I dont have intimate relationship anymore and it makes me depressed all the time now. Please help.
