Suggest Treatment For Prolonged Spotting After Each Menstrual Cycle

Hii.. My periods started on 11th Sep and after 5 days, they almost stopped but some spotting has continued till date.. My doc advised me to take Sylate for 3 days, 2 per day.. It didn t lead to any improvement. I faced same issue last year and was diagnosed with PCOS. At that time, I took oral contraceptives for 3months after trying etosys unsuccesfully and then it got resolved. I need your advice on what my future course of action should be and will this occur every year? What s the solution for its complete treatment?
