Suggest Treatment For Projectile Vomiting With Non-productive Cough
Have experienced projectile vomiting this morning caused by ongoing dry, non productive cough.( Diagnosed as sinus infection. Course of antibiotics has failed to counter. Using nasal douche and Mometasone Furoate Monohydrate Nasal Spray as other treatment for sinus as prescribed). Have not previously experienced rosacea symptoms after vomiting but noted this morning face very red and rosacea persisting 2 hours + cheeks and lip area. Associated loose bowel movements possibly caused by Dry Cough Lozenges which may have a laxative effect. Under stress at present due to a number of factors. Female Age 51 Non Smoker
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. As you describe it appears that you have a viral infection, or enteric fever. I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. You may need some blood tests to know what type of fever it is and treated accordingly. I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, ranitidine,to prevent loose motions, paracetamol, domperidone if there are vomitings. loperamide if loose motions are there. wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
