Suggest Treatment For Projectile Vomiting In Infants

My 8 month old daughter has been diagnosed with acid reflux and takes prevacid daily for decent control. However, she has been experiencing projectile vomiting multiple times a night every night for over a week now. Is there anything we should be doing different?

Pediatrician 's  Response
acid reflux is managed both by medicines and lifestyle changes in kids. Since your child is already taking prevacid, let me tell you about other things you can do
keep the baby in upright position after feeds
elevate the head end of the bed
u can use prone position frequently
avoid giving citrus fruits or tomatoes
avoid chocolates
avoid caffeine containing beverages
give smaller more frequent feeds
