Suggest Treatment For Productive Cough And Sinus Congestion After A Chest CT Scan
My daughter had a bronchoscopy 3 weeks ago. Did not have a cough. She had a abnormal chest ct with multiple nodules and patchy areas in both lungs. Now she has a Productive cough and sinus congestion since the procedure. All tests negative. Cultures pending. She took Clindamycin for 5 days she had green thick mucous.
Newly diagnosed with low almost undectable immunoglobulins.

I don’t think the cough is due to bronchoscopy procedure. It is as a result of post nasal drip syndrome the cause of the secretions. No worries she will be fine soon.
