Hi,

As it was CTS 2 years ago and got operated which seemed to failed I think you should try for a competitive physiotherapist and take the sessions under his guidance. Hot water fermentation, proper biomechanics induces stretching, MFR, IASTM should help.

The flexor retinaculum at the wrist joint is getting over excited by the nerve supply and the case is now of reduce nerve consumer beneath it. In my clinical practice of over 12 years, most cases with CTS are never operated and helped much better with proper physiotherapy guidance and therapy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
