Suggest Treatment For Presence Of Pus And White Blood Cells In Urine

I have felt boated and lower abdominal pain for about 2 weeks. My primary car dr said there was a few white blood cells in my urine. He put me on cipro 500 mg 2 x daily for 1 week. Still having same symptoms. So I went to urgent care and dr said I have pus in my urine. He put me on nitrofurantoin mono/Mac 100 every 12 hours. It has been 2 days and still no relief. Urgent care just called and said no bacteria was found in my sample from the sample. what next?
