Suggest Treatment For Premature Graying Of Hair
my age is 20 years and i am suffering from hair whitening all my hairs are turning white.I feel so sad and look much older.I feel very much upset about this and try to avoid my friends.Please suggest me a good and effective premature white hair treatment.I also need some natural cures for getting rid of my white hair.how can i turn my white hairs to black again?

Thank you for posting on HCM.
Greying of hair occurs when the melanin of a particular hair follicle is permanently exhausted.Premature greying of hair is attributed to many factors like diet,nutrition, UV rays, pollution, cosmetics/dyes/colors, genetics, medications etc.
Treatment of grey hair is pretty challenging. I would advise you biotin and calcium pantothenate combination tablets for atleast 6-8 months.
Apply Altris gel containing Melitane, which is a new compound shown good results in premature greying of hair.
Also, a novel hair sunscreen cum hair serum Q sera black has shown good results in preventation of hair damage from sun and pollution.
Take plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet and try to de-stress your lifestyle.
Try to limit your smoking and alchohol intake.
I am sure this will take care of your issue.

Hi,
You seem to have poliosis or canities...also called premature greying of hair.Poliosis refers to an patch of white hair. It is due to lack of melanin (pigment) in the hair shafts of the affected area. It is most often seen in scalp hair, but may also affect eyebrows, eyelashes or other sites.
Poliosis may occur because of an inherited defect in melanisation, or because of an autoimmune destruction of the pigment cells at the base of the hair, or because the hair follicles are damaged. Some conditions may be associated with poliosis..like vitiligo,piebaldism,some genetic syndromes or alopecia areat.. And injury,stress,tension,surgery,drugs..etc may be the other causes.
while premature canities (greying of hair) may appear without underlying pathology, it has also been associated with:pernicious anemia,B12 deficiency,
hyper/hypo-thyroidism.
There is no effective treatment of premature graying of hair. Find out the cause and treat it. Calcium pentothenate may be taken for long time. Application of melatane gel would be helpful.
Avoidance of exposure to sunrays and pollution is needed to prevent the condition.
