Suggest Treatment For Premature Ejaculation

I am 25 now.Not married. I cant stop my habit of masturbation. My frequency of masturbation is 10 times a month. Nowadays if i start to masturbate, within in 40 secs, i ejaculate. Will it cause premature ejaculation after marriage?
Pls help me to develop my sexual strength.

Masturbation do not affect physical and sexual health. It is only misconceptions in people mind that masturbation lead to sexual problem after marriage like premature ejaculation or erection problem. So, never experience stress or guilt after masturbation as psychological reasons (stress, anxiety and guilt) are commonest reason for premature ejaculation in young persons.

Masturbation frequency 10 times per month, not considered excessive and 40 seconds ejaculation time in masturbation do not predict premature ejaculation after marriage, so do not worried about it.
