hi , this is johny , my age 35y, weight 72 kg, height 5'.8", good health, noting any typical troubles, i have 3/4 min sex time , but i want to increased till 30 min , i also try mentally / physically but cannot get any success, ply advice me sporting medicine?

Normal ejaculation time is more than 3 min. You already have ejaculation time 4-5 minute. It usually increase further with experience, confidence and reduction in performance anxiety.
For treatment behaviour intervention like stop-start technique is helpful. In drug treatment SSRIs medicines are helpful, which you can get after prescription from nearby psychiatrist.
