Suggest Treatment For Premature Ejaculation

plz iam28years old i started my inercourse by hard erection and every thing is being good and suddenly i get shrink before ejaculation iam aheavy smoker 10 years duration i know smoking the main proplem iam on my way to stop smoking do u advice me to recieve any medications

Hello Welcome to HCM

There are two main issues in your case which need attention.

One is premature ejaculation which can be due to severe anxiety and hyper excitement. Smoking also increase anxiety and increase risk of premature ejaculation. Consult a Psychiatrist for management of this problem. Medicines like Dapoxetine can be used for premature ejaculation. The medicine is used on SOS basis and is a safe drug. Try to divert your attention while doing intercourse. This will also delay ejaculation time.

Smoking is other problem. A number of drugs are used in smoking cessation. Bupropion is one of good medicine which help to decrease craving of tobacco and this drug also delays ejaculation time. Consult a Psychiatrist for detailed prescription. Try to quit smoking as soon as possible.
