Problem is when i m talking or discussing sex with my wife so oily water is comming from my
organ and when i m doing sex with my wife so i discharge just in few seconds at the reason

Ejaculating earlier results in premature ejaculation. This causes significant stress to partner.
I would advise you to divert your attention from her while doing intercourse. This will result in delaying the ejaculation time. Many medicines like SSRI as Escitalopram, Fluoxetine, Dapoxetine etc help to delay ejaculation. You can consult a psychiatrist for expert treatment.
