Suggest Treatment For Premature Ejaculation
My boyfriend who is a 44, (we haven't had sex yet) is uncircumsized and when he masturbates his foreskin doesn't pull down,you can barely see the head..If you pull it it hurts. He can still finish by gentle strokes. Does he have phimosis? Does he need an operation? Will there be a sexual problem?
