Sir, this is kumar from oman, I'm 36 yrs old and i had 2 children, i'm having quick ejac. problem, my penis having good strength but duration of sex with my wife is not more than 15 seconds, i was having the self enjoyment habit from 15 years old, please advise me what to do and which is the best hospital to cure it in chennai, I tried siddha medicine for 10 months but no improovement, pl advise me sir.

In my practice I see plenty of men with this problem and I use a medication called fluoxetine. This helps to reduce premature ejaculation.
