Suggest Treatment For Premature Ejaculation

doctor is there a cure for early ejaculation. I get over stimulated and imagin alot I cant control it when I am in the vagina I feel like i just want to ejaculate but mentally I am very angry and ashamed can you help I sometimes feel that the head of the pienis is tingling as if I feel arroused alot from it to the point of release

If I were your treating doctor for this case I would treat this as a clear case of 'kamonmaad' and 'manovah srotas vikriti' where psyche of a person is deeply involved with his sexual behavior in a pathological way. He is not able to control his abusive thoughts about sex but is unable to perform when the moment comes.... in fact the beauty of the sexual behavior of a person is mutilated in this diseased condition.
Other medicines work in this condition only if the patient is determined to undergo strict self-control and MEDITATION ( 'TRATAK' is the best possible way to start with).
Avoid watching and listening such tape of abusive materials and let your mind get diverted to the healthy thoughts.
Your food should be very simple (cow milk should dominate your diet) and not very oily or spicy.
