Hello dear
Understand your concern
I think you have performance anxiety problem as you married just one month before and new in sexual intercourse. Once you get experience this problem decrease gradually. Talk to your partner regarding problem as it decrease anxiety.
There is no relationship between size of penis and sexual satisfaction. Penis should be hard and erect for successful sexual intercourse. So you can satisfy your partner with 3 inches penis. Penis size will not increase by any medicine.
For premature ejaculation take following advise:
Be relax while doing sex and do very slowly in romantic mood , do not rush out, pass more time in foreplay before intercourse, stimulate your partner with fingering to clitoris, Use double condoms or condoms with lidocaine jelly, try comfortable sex position like women on top position, do masturbation before sex, hold urine before urination and pelvic exercise,
eat healthy diet that rich in protein (milk, egg, chicken) and antioxidant (fruits, almonds, Co Q tablet), start regular exercise like walking and yoga 30-45 minutes daily in the morning.
If not resolve by above advise take sildenafil and paroxentine under advise of urologist.
All the best and haapy married life
Hope this may help you best regards

if i was your treating doctor i would say that size of penis has nothing to do with satisfaction of female partner.as initial 2 cm of female vagina is pain sensitive.for female satisfaction do more foreplay.your time period will also increase in coming months.remove the thought of increasing penis size as the natural length cannot be increased and you have got enough size needed for proper size.also don't watch too much porn.

Dear service user,
Thanks for writing to Healthcaremagic.
I understand your concern of increasing penis size and premature ejaculation.
The problem you described is very common. It is curable with behavior therapy.
Your concern to increase the size of penis is unrealistic. Wider and longer penis gives more satisfaction to partner is a myth. Unfortunately, this thing is shown dramatically in pornography. This spreads the myth more.
Another important and more practical fact is that the size of penis has nothing to do with sexual satisfaction of the partner! It is 'entry' followed by continuous thrusting movement considered as sufficient and more important. The method of lovemaking according to partner's preference rather than size is the key to satisfaction.
Only outer one third and the front wall of vagina have nerve fibers and hence sensitive to stimulation. Rest of inner two third is largely insensitive. So if you want to arouse your partner during sex, you should focus on the areas of maximum nerve endings hence clitoris and inner lips and outer 1 and half inch of vagina. So for female sexual gratification, the size of erect penis could be anything from two inches or more!
For early discharge, I suggest you following exercises. Practice them regularly. You can learn to control your ejaculations over a period of time. When clients with premature ejaculation come to my clinic, I recommend them one or more of the following strategies which often help them.
1. Stop-start technique of behavior therapy (one can do this during masturbation, where one stops stimulation at the point of ejaculatory inevitability and then starts again when arousal diminishes)
3. Double condom
4. Medicines like Fluoxetine 20 mg day or Paroxetine CR 25 mg per day.
(To be taken under medical supervision only)
5. Kegel exercise also helps in some cases. You can learn the same from internet. (As if try to hold urine intermittently during voiding)
You can consult sexologist/psychiatrist/psychologist for further help.
Wish you good health.
