Psychologist 's  Response
Hello,

Precum during urination, talking about sex, watching porn movies, talking to pretty women etc are common and there is nothing to worry about it. Therefore, I suggest consulting a psychologist for physical examination, diagnosis and treatment.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. K. V. Anand, Psychologist
