Suggest Treatment For Pounding Headache, Sharp Pain Behind Eyes And Congested Nose

I have been having issues and I do not know where to begin as far as seeing which doctor because my ENT keeps giving my nasal spray and im about to scream. I have had sinus surgery in the past to reduce my turbinates. I have been waking up with pounding headaches, sharp pains behind my eyes, bone-dry nasal passages, obstructed/swollen nasal passages, body aches/pains all over, a sore neck, and my face feels puffy around my sinuses. No medicine has helped recently and this is making my life miseable. please help! thank you so much!

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Read and understood your symptoms.
This may be due to empty nose syndrome due to turbinectomy.
I would advise you to get an MRI of the brain and the sinuses to get the exact position of Sinusitis or any other problem.

You will need Saline nasal drops
Steam inhalations
Medicines to reduce the anxiety and / or stress.
