Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
Hi,

Since you have bilateral compression on S1 nerve roots you might have radiating pain on your calf and foot.Physical therapy treatment will help you. Also taking hot packs on your back. Exercises like:

#Back press
#bridging
#yoga (avoid back flexion)
#McKenzie extensor regimen (can search the net)
#Strengthening of hip, knee muscles
#Diaphragmatic breathing
#kegles exercise
#walking

Medicine (one week dose):
#neurobion forte
# acetaminophen
#calcitriol

Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Jenis Bhalavat
