Treatment of posterior pituitary tumor depend on size and symptoms. Drug therapy, trans sphenoidal surgery or radiotherapy are the available options. Hypertension, seizure, restlessness, coma may occur in ADH secreting tumor. So drugs like lasix and demeclocyclin are also useful. These all are prescription based medicine so consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
