Most probable diagnosis in your case would be deviated nasal bone. Which can be identified by simple examination by torch light. It will require a surgery and you will require one week rest, you will be fine for long. Another possible diagnosis is enlarged adenoid gland in your nasopharynx (upper most part of throat and nose). It will again require a surgery with less than a week rest. Your problem of ear will be resolved once this primary problem is cured.
