Suggest Treatment For Poor Eyesight And Sensitivity To Sunlight

I am a 67 year old lady who had cataract surgery on my left eye 2 weeks ago. I am 5 feet 4 and weigh 117 pounds. Medical history is good except for a low thyroid. The last few days my eye sight is not as good as it was after the surgery. I have difficulty reading the paper and using the computer. Also, I have a feeling of something in my eye that should not be there. Another symptom is sensitivity to sunlight - even walking by a window with the sun coming in. Also, there is some occasional pain which seems to be coming from behind my eye. Any thoughts? I had cataract surgery on my right eye on 2/14/11 and did not experience any of the above. Thank you.
