Suggest Treatment For Polycystic Ovary Syndrome And Nausea

My 19 year old daughter was recently diagnosed with PCOS. She is having almost constant pain in the ovary areas and bloating with pain in the uterus area. The pain is making her nauseaus and to eat makes her feel this way also. She was put on birth control for the hormonal imbalance and to regulate periods. The last period - the first since starting the pill, was very dark and old looking blood with an odor. The doctor that diagnosed the PCOS seemed unconcerned about the pain, but this is not normal and I need to have some direction please.

PCOS patients have irregular periods because of unovulatory cycle's.
First thing you need to do is reduce weight.
Take Tab. Metformin 500mg daily at night along with pills.
Most of the time problem reduces with weight control.
