Suggest Treatment For Polycystic Ovaries Syndrome
Irregular or no periods since puberty, after a period of no periods recently got a job that makes me a lot more active. Ever since been having lots of brown spotting sometimes with a bit of red. No possibility of being pregnant. Some dizziness/cramping. Also, I was diagnosed with PCOS (Polycystic Ovaries Syndrom).

PCOS can be the cause of the irregular periods and spotting.. I would advise you to take 3 cycles of OCP's to regularise the periods.. Diet, weight reduction and exercise also help to get regular periods.. Hope I have answered your query.. good day..
