General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Your son has multiple problems like Tetralogy of Fallot, he is acoustic and also has jaundice, gastro problems, pneumonia and sepsis; has been hospitalized.
Since he is running fever means he has an active infection.
I would advise you in such a situation.
Discuss in detail with his Doctors as this is a multi-disciplinary approach case.
He shall need the close observation and many Specialists.
Blood culture and sensitivity as well as other tests would help us to get the most proper antibiotic and helps to give the best possible medications.
I find this answer helpful
