Suggest Treatment For Pneumonia And Sinusitis

I have pneumonia and sinitits. I have been sick for 11 days and not getting better. I have been coughing up blood lately, but this seems to have stopped for 2 days so far. I am very dizzy, the room is moving which is causing an upset stomach. My lips are numb, neck is so stiff, and I have a major headache. I am thinking I may have meningitis. Any thoughts?

Noted you had pneumonia and sinusitis.
Here your browser infective organism might spread in blood and can lead septicemia and such present...

Second yes there might be secondary lodgment of organism in brain also.
So meningitis can be there....
Kernig sign and CSF examination done.
Chin doesn't touch to chest in meningitis because of neck stiffness.so rule out it.

You need to consult physician and get hospitalised....
Take rest.
Broad spectrum antibiotic like ceftriaxone given intravenously.....

Maintain hydration and fruit juices.

Take care.
