Suggest Treatment For Pnemonia

I was diagnosed with pneumonia last tuesday and have finished anitibiotics and feel a bit better now. Prior to getting pneumonia i was doing an intense work out 7 days a week ( mostly running) I feel better but my strength is not back yet for running. I havent had much of an appetite so I've been eating mostly brown rice, veggies, tofu, some fruit and crackers ( normally only 1 meal a day is what i handle) but I havent been working out. My question IS: If I only eat the amount above per day but am not working out because of pneumonia will I gain any weight? Also will I get my strength back to be back to my running where I was ?
