General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
UNderstand your concern
Following are symptoms of plantar fasciitis:
Pain in foot and achilles tendon and in calf muscle after wake up on first step.
Following are the risk factors: overweight, chronic standing, excessive exercise
Following are the treatment:
Complete rest
Keep your leg in warm water with added normal salt
NSAIDS: ibuprufen 400 mg three times per day
Wear orthotic device for plantar fasciitis

But I think you have already used all this medicine since last 4 months.
So I would suggests to go for
shockwave therapy
Injection of local steroids will helpful to relieve pain
Still not respond and more than 6-8 months you should go for surgery.
Surgery involves cutting part of the plantar fascia ligament to release tension and relieve inflammation of the ligament
Hope this may help you
