General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Do you have any pain at the back of the heel? Are you able to move your ankles normally up and down, or do you evidence restriction in downward able movement? Plantar fascitis can be treated successfully conservatively with Tablet Ibuprofen 400mg after meals and Tablet Rabeprazole before meals for 5 days. Use Microcellular rubber footwear. Do Plantar fascia and calf muscle stretching exercises. Reduce weight and keep fit with diet management and regular exercise.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Iven Romic Rommstein, General Surgeon
