Suggest Treatment For Pityriasis Rosea

Hi, I ve been diagnosed with Pityriazis Rosea a few years ago and struggling with it ever since.... i was wondering if you could indicate some treatment and also, can I still use perfumes or any other body products. I have heard of e45 is a good brand of products to use. Do you have any other brands that might be good? I was also wonderingif this is tied to my diet, I have noticed changes whenever I would go on a diet. Thank you very much!

Pityriasis rosea is a self limiting disease and it is unlikely to last for such a long time. You must visit a dermatologist again and confirm your diagnosis. If it is Pityriasis Rosea than Azithromycin might help due to its immunomodulatory action. Also antihistamines like fexofenadine may also be used. Regards
