Suggest Treatment For Pins And Needles Sensation In Feet

I have neuropy in both legs and feet I have had some pins and needles issue however Nothing has helped and the pain tonight has become unbearable I have tried heat, ice, massage, muscle relaxers, anti-inflammable meds, pain meds nothing is reducing the sharp pain [I am pretty used to pain history of polio} I need help as this has been going on for over 3 hours I am worn out and out of things to try to make this stop........... }

Hello dear
I understand your concern
Pin and needle sensation is mainly due to nerve inflammation.
I would suggest to go for MRI scan of spine and never conduction study for better management.
Take following advises:
Tablet pregabalin 75 mg once daily for 2 months.
Tablet methylacobalamine 1000 mg for one month.
Take tramadol injection for faster relief.
Take healthy diet.
