Suggest Treatment For Pink Eye And Sentivity To Light

I think I might have a minor case of pink eye but I don t know if I should go to the doctor for it. My eye was stuck shut when I woke up this morning, is red in the outside corner of my eye, and feels slightly dry. I do not have light sensitivity, any cold symptoms, no tearing and no itchiness, nor is my eye swollen. Should I still go see a doctor as a precaution? And will I be able to go to work tomorrow?
