Suggest treatment for pinched nerves and pain

I have degeneration of the neck in c3-c4 & c6-c7 causing pinched nerves and pain. I had a neck fusion 4 yrs ago & am 37 yrs old. my c-reactive protein is 1.5 and I have pain in my hands, feet, hips, knees etc when the weather is bad. my RA tests came back normal. my blood pressure has been good for the last year until recently when it has spiked again while on blood pressure meds. could any of this be linked? could their be a underlying cause to my neck degeneration? I do have RA in my family.

Neurologist 's  Response
Your narration seems to be Showing involvement of cervical spine and multiple joints. In background of family history of rheumatoid arthritis you need to investigate yourself. If RA factor is negative then anti CCP antibodies may be tested.
Other cause may be degenerative disease. You need to test serum calcium, phosphate, SALP, vitamin D3 .
Neck exercises and physiotherapy may help you.
You need to consult neurosurgeon or neurologist for proper examination and evaluation.
Hope you recover early.
