Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
Hello,

As you had an MRI which shows nerve impingement, I Will advice you to use the cervical soft collar for stabilizing the spine. Using hot water fermentation to relax the muscles of the neck and upper back. Then doing exercises for neck stabilization and post this strengthening of neck muscles and upper limb muscles. You can take the help of a physiotherapist as well.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Jay Indravadan Patel, Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist
