Suggest Treatment For Pin Worms And Hemorrhoids

Today i noticed some itching and discomfort around my buttox, I looked in the mirror and i saw a white like worm there and when i looked again later, it was gone. I showed my grandma to see if she sees anything but she quickly noticed that i have hemorrhoids and she saw the worm also. I think i have a case of pinworms and hemorrhoids. I am only 16 and i don't know what to do. How do i treat it? How long will it last? What medicine should we buy? My mom won't take me to the doctor.
