Suggest Treatment For Pimples On The Face

i have problems of pimples from last 1 year.. i took a proper medication for a year also.. even after using lot of tubes and anti biotics it hasnt helped.. and now i've got big pimples on my face.. should i now use unani treatment or any tubes that u can suggest me?

Taking allopathic/ayurvedic/homeopathic or unani medicines is completely your choice.
As far as my field is concerned, acne can be treated effectively.
Depending upon your acne severity medicines like minocycline/doxycycline/azithromycin or isotretinoin can be started orally along with topical creams.
