Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
sir i have pimples on my face since 4 years. they sometimes disappear for a very short time may be a day or two and they remain on my face on all other days. sir i want to know what treatment i should take and what precautions i should take for them to remove. I have tried homeopathic treatment, aloe Vera, lemon paste, various oil clear face washes, etc but no result...........please help me
Acne is usually associated with puberty and gradually disappears as time passes, so I would not really worry about it. But I understand how people obsess over looks these days and in my opinion the following should help:
+Drink plenty of water +Try a topical applicant containing clindamycin and adapalene to the acne affected region two a day, after washing the region with a mild soap +Do not use strong soaps which are filled with chemicals +Wash your face with water regularly, with soap only 2-4 times a day +Avoid oily/fried/fatty food +Eat fresh vegetables and boiled vegetables more often then fried food +Avoid using strong chemicals on your face in the form of cosmetics
Best wishes.
