Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. As per your complain a pimple at the corner of mouth that has little discharge with hardness inside seems to be due to causes like hair follicle infection or Folliculitis, ingrown hair etc.

Consult a general physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like swab culture can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly. As of now apply a combination of steroid and antibiotic ointment over it. Do cool compresses. Avoid picking or lancing it.

Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Honey Arora
