Suggest Treatment For Pimples And Dark Spots On Face

I have pimples and many dark spots on my face.also some pores due to pimples. How to get ride of them?.please suggest the medical creams to apply. My skin face look black due to this

Thank you for query.wash area twice daily with cleansers.use topical creams like retinoic acids in the night with precautions and antibiotic gels like clindamycin in mornings.treat dandruff if any with anti dandruff lotions with ketoconazole.
