Suggest Treatment For Pimple-like Spots In The Groin Area

Hi, Before my period each month pimples appear in my bikini zone. They usually have pus and heal within a day or too. Some may also release a hard pus with a hair follicle attached. Sometimes I also have green discharge along with clear discharge. Lastly, pimples appear in other hair area near the bottom of the outer labia.
