Suggest Treatment For Pimple Like Rash On Anus Of A 7 Year Old

My son is 7yrs old and has developed a pimple like rash around his anus. It has been somewhat painfull for him and I'm not sure if I should worrie yet. It has been there the past 3 days. I have tried diaper rash cream but I looks like it's almost getting worse (more)

usually the area around the anus is very sensitive and esp any pustule pimple is very painful. may be a small perianal gland is infected and is hurting the poor baby. give a warm water soaked cloth on the pimple and try to relieve his pain. if the pain persists show somewhere nearby and they will give a local antibiotic cream to apply to the wound.
